Role: Sales Strategy & Analytics Analyst
Location: Bangalore, India
Job Description
Reporting to the Global Sales Strategy & Analytics Manager, this role will contribute heavily to various
Sales Planning and Sales Performance analyses across the global sales organization. You will help the
Sales Strategy & Analytics organization build scalable, repeatable reports that are accessible across the
global sales organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop in-depth and actionable insights for the entire organization to leverage and quickly
understand how our Sales organization is performing
Work extensively on the company’s most critical performance data and be a thought leader in
Sales performance metrics at all levels of the Sales organization
Quickly structure thorough analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making
Scale and standardize our GTM reporting suite including (but not limited to):
o Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews
o Sales Key Performance Indicators
Assist with annual planning and weekly forecasting processes
Help uncover areas of revenue opportunity in our customer and prospect base
Build, maintain, and communicate concise, accurate information at all levels of organization
Exhibit strong written and verbal communication
Provide operational support across Salesforce and Clari
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to be highly productive and operate with little oversight on day to day basis.
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Strategy, or similar role
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Independent, self-starter, ability to partner with all business levels
Advanced Microsoft Excel (or Google Sheets) user with the ability to build complex models and
create robust analysis
Experience & comfortability with leveraging Tableau and managing/analyzing large datasets
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Preferred: Experience with Salesforce (SFDC)
Preferred: Experience with Clari
