Alessandro has been working as a backup solutions consultant since 2010, initially as a L1-L2 support engineer, and over the years has expanded his knowledge and certifications as an architect for backup/DR projects. He is currently part of the presales team and manages his company's entire security offering(EDR, XDR, NDR, security platforms, OffSec services), while also maintaining his role as an architect and advisor for data resiliency projects.

Alessandro began using Rubrik in early 2017 and immediately encouraged his customers to adopt it as a backup solution thanks to its innovative and disruptive technology. His company currently has more than 40 Rubrik customers, with different scenarios and levels of complexity. After joining the Rubrik Champions EMEA community in 2023, his collaboration with the entire Rubrik EMEA team intensified significantly, culminating in his Black Belt certification last year. His most significant project involves a fashion industry client and covers on-premise, cloud, identity security, in multi-site disaster recovery/cyber recovery scenario, using APIs for integration and automation with external tools.
