Andrea is a specialist in storage systems and virtualization, focused on managing data within hybrid production environments, Backup, Cyber Recovery, and Business Continuity. He is currently a Data Management Technical Expert at Vem Sistemi where he manages strategic brands like Cisco and NetApp and holds multiple high-specialist certifications.

Andrea’s Rubrik journey began in 2019, leading to VEM’s first installation enablement (shadowing) in 2020. As a Technical Expert, he spearheads critical projects, implementing Cyber Disaster Recovery solutions centered on data resiliency. The Black Belt path mirrored his daily pre-sales activities, offering a stimulating, high-level simulation of client engagements. A standout success is the Feinar case, transitioning from legacy backup to a Rubrik-based cyber-resiliency architecture. This project optimized RPO/RTO and Disaster Recovery through NAS Cloud Direct and secure archiving on Cloud Vault.
