Carlos Moreira’s career spans systems administration, engineering, and cloud architecture across major organizations. He advanced from Systems Administrator to Director at Boston University, then served as a Systems Engineer at NetApp and Principal Systems Engineer at EchoStor. After roles in cloud consulting at CE Tech, he became an Enterprise Architect at Aqueduct Technologies.

Carlos Moreira’s Rubrik journey began with curiosity. While at EchoStor, he began to deploy virtual instances of Rubrik to begin testing and learning its simplicity and intuitive design. Having worked with other data protection technologies in the past, it quickly became evident how Rubrik surpassed these other technologies in design and ingenuity.
