Pierre-Lou started his career in 2014 as a virtualization and storage consultant, integrating legacy backup solutions. He then moved into presales, leading the backup practice, managing a team of ten engineers and running large-scale tenders/POCs for customers. In 2024 he founded Mindtech, where as President and Technical Director he drives technical strategy and presales across hyperconverged infrastructure, storage, backup and cyber resilience.

Pierre-Lou has worked with Rubrik since 2017, when immutability and scale-out architecture was disruptive. He has followed the platform's evolution into a full cyber resilience solution, with ransomware investigation, DSPM and orchestrated recovery. Along the way he worked on integrations with Rubrik APIs (REST APIs to GraphQL) to back up Oracle & SQL DBs. His projects range from single-site deployments to multi-site architectures, up to a worldwide multi-cloud rollout that standardized data protection across every region.
