Create copies of SQL Server snapshots for download.
Now you can download SQL Server snapshots and transaction logs from Rubrik for offline use. The new download option in the Rubrik management console lets you select the desired files and triggers the preparation of a .zip file that can be downloaded. The Rubrik API supports backup file downloads based on a point-in-time or a time range. This new capability lets DBAs access backup files to perform a variety of operations including audit and reseeding a database on a non-Rubrik managed host.
