About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Chief of Staff to support our Israel site operations. In this role, you’ll partner across multiple functions, including Facilities, Finance, Legal, Procurement, PR, and IT, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, compliance, and strategic alignment with our global teams. The position performs non-technical project leadership leveraging an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. This is a critical position for maintaining our operational excellence and supporting business growth. This role has a project management responsibility and no direct reports.
What You'll Be Doing
- Act as Chief of Staff for the Israel site, driving cross-functional alignment and managing key operational projects.
- Lead and execute high-impact site-level projects through a strong partnership with local and global stakeholders.
- Facilitate relationships between the executive and other key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Manage VAT filings, invoice collection, and coordination with external accountants.
- Monitor bank activity and support treasury tasks, including insurance and financial reporting.
- Track department budgets and act as the local liaison to FP&A.
- Lead local PR coordination and support employer branding initiatives.
- Coordinate legal, tax, and compliance processes with internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee IT and logistics for onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Manage vendor onboarding, invoice submissions, and urgent payment requests.
- Maintain operational compliance, documentation, and recurring local obligations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Chief of Staff or project management roles
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field
- Development and implement the strategic plans and initiatives of the senior leadership team.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and execution skills.
- Strong “Make things happen” attitude, can-do approach.
- Experience working in a global tech company.
- Experience with procurement, finance, legal coordination, and vendor management.
- Strong understanding of Israeli financial and regulatory environments.
- Fluent in Hebrew and English.
