Who you are:

  • Strong SFDC service cloud developer willing to work from (7pm-3am IST) to support our US team
  • Creative, innovative and design thinking to enable and improve business processes through new or enhanced products / tools
  • Strong blend of business sense and process knowledge: You evaluate things holistically and think through the objectives, impacts, best practices, and what will be simple and scalable
  • Define IT solutions to various business needs and communicate in clear terms to business unit management the IT solution alternatives and assist them in their decision making.
  • High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment
  • Multi-tasking prioritization expertise: Experience (and preferably an enjoyment of) balancing numerous different priorities and demands
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization and interact with cross-functional teams.

 

Ideal background

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience on SFDC Service Cloud
  • Extensive knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud & Customer Community including forums
  • Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), VisualForce (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
  • Maintenance, troubleshooting, and delivery of break / fix solutions for applications;
  • Maintenance of data and mitigation of data issues
  • Collaboration with subject matter experts, business analysts, and developers to build best solutions
  • Good documentation skills 
  • Guide the QA and business teams during the testing process
