Senior Manager of Marketing WEUR

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as our new Sr. Manager of Field Marketing, for the region EMEA West, encompassing UK, Ireland, and Scotland. In this role you will be overseeing the success of all field-facing demand generation marketing initiatives and events in your region. You will lead a small team of highly skilled marketers to develop and execute world-class programs. 

A great fit for this role would be a candidate with an energetic, results-oriented mindset and a successful track record of inspiring a team to build, execute and optimize impactful marketing strategies in a fast-paced, high growth company. You will be responsible for partner marketing initiatives, direct field marketing activities, as well as Account Based Marketing strategies. In this role you will be working in close collaboration with leadership from Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Partner Sales teams to craft and execute your plans, achieving measurable results.

Job Summary:

Reporting directly to the EMEA Marketing Director, you will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans tailored to our UKI market. Your focus will be on driving pipeline growth through targeted demand generation efforts, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative marketing tactics. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a small team of field marketing professionals, working alongside with the team, providing guidance and support to ensure alignment with objectives and regional sales targets.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to develop comprehensive demand generation plans, incorporating measurable targets and objectives aligned with corporate goals through strong relationship building and communication skills. 
  • Design and implement field marketing programs leveraging the full spectrum of marketing, including ABM, partner, and event marketing, to drive pipeline growth.
  • Track lead flow from campaign response through to pipeline generation, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Sales Management to improve conversion metrics and beat goals. Be outcome obsessed in everything you do. 
  • Utilize data analytics to measure and analyse the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Foster strong relationships with sales leadership and frontline teams, serving as a trusted advisor on marketing initiatives and driving alignment between sales and marketing.
  • Manage a roll-up budget, assess the effectiveness of the various marketing tactics based on business targets, and continually refine and improve activities for greater impact using Salesforce and Tableau. 

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in relevant field leadership marketing roles within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in forward-thinking digital demand generation tactics, channel marketing, and partner alliances, with a strong emphasis on data analytics and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with sales management, sales teams and marketing stakeholders, driving collaborative efforts to achieve shared goals.
  • Experience leading integrated marketing programs, with proficiency in marketing automation systems and ABM (Account Based Marketing) strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving data-driven success.
  • Ability to create a comprehensive, strategic marketing plan, communicate the plan to get buy-in and build consensus among cross-functional teams.
  • Proven leadership capabilities, with a focus on mentorship, team development, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Love the work! Ability to maintain a positive, approachable, and self-starter attitude.

NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

In consideration of any disclosure of certain nonpublic or confidential information, you hereby enter into this Nondisclosure Agreement (the “Agreement”) and agree as follows:

  1. Confidential Information. In connection with a potential business relationship or other business purposes, Rubrik, Inc. (the “Company”) has granted you (the individual or entity named below) access, or may grant you access, to business, technical or other nonpublic information, materials and/or ideas (“Confidential Information,” which term shall include, without limitation, anything you learn or discover as a result of exposure to or analysis of any Confidential Information).
  2. Obligations. You will hold in confidence and will not possess or use (except as required to evaluate the proposed business relationship) or disclose any Confidential Information except information you can document which (i) is in the public domain through no fault of yours, (ii) was properly known to you, without restriction, prior to disclosure by Company or (iii) was properly disclosed to you by another person without restriction. Feedback.  You may, at your option and in your sole discretion, provide suggestions or feedback related to the Company’s products or services.  In no event will such suggestions or feedback be considered confidential or proprietary to you.  The Company will be free to use such suggestions as it chooses, without compensation to you.
  6. Disclaimer. Confidential Information is provided to you “as is” and the Company makes no warranties with respect to the Confidential Information or any materials provided by the Company.  In no event will the Company be liable for the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information.  You understand that nothing herein (i) requires the disclosure of any Confidential Information of the Company or (ii) requires the Company to proceed with any transaction or relationship.  You understand that this Agreement does not obligate the Company to disclose any information or negotiate or enter into any agreement or relationship.
  7. Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
