Job Summary
Rubrik is looking for a dynamic program manager that can help Rubrik scale its Quote to Invoice (Q2I) processes. The Q2I Program Manager will be involved in program managing business processes related to quote to invoice, order management, purchasing, returns, product usage, licensing, installed base management, service contracts and entitlements. We are seeking someone who possesses attention to detail and have the skills and passion for managing cross-functional programs to ensure timely, accurate and efficient results.
What you'll be doing:
- Understand the Q2I process and work with key decision stakeholders to deliver Q2I and GTM programs
- Partner with Global Process team to develop consistent program guides, operational plans and checklists
- Develop dashboards and KPI’s to track program successes
- Co-ordinate cross-functional requirements gathering, hold business and technical solution review
- Undertake, in partnership with Global Process team, gap analysis of as-is vs. to-be and documenting all process-related artifacts such as business requirements document, flow charts, value stream maps, etc.
- Develop milestone reviews and touch points on assigned programs
Who you are:
- Comfortable managing and running complex projects - understanding business problems and desired outcomes, building and executing a plan, managing roles/responsibilities and stakeholders, facilitating change management and holding teams accountable
- Established program/project management experience with global cross-functional teams
- Well established, structured, hardworking, self-driven and highly motivated individual with great team-coach spirit with strong execution and project management skills to lead a team through the project lifecycle
- Flexible, fast learner who thrives in a constantly changing work environment
- Ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional leaders at the highest levels
Experience you'll need:
- 5-7 years of experience in Quote to Invoice or Quote to Cash program management
- Experience managing complex business transformation programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- A PMP certification
- Extensive knowledge of CRM and ERP tools such as NetSuite, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Service Cloud
- Firsthand knowledge of various SaaS apps such as JIRA, SmartSheet, LucidChart, etc.
- Knowledge and working experience of project management principles and concepts

The minimum and maximum base salaries for this role are posted below; this role is also eligible to earn commissions pursuant to the Company’s written Incentive Compensation Plan. Additionally, the role is eligible for equity and benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the role based on U.S. location. Within the range, the salary offered will be determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
