Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager of CXO Value Economics to build and drive the adoption of value-based selling across the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role will focus on quantifying and articulating the financial impact of Rubrik’s solutions to enterprise customers, helping them understand the business case for investing in data security and cloud resilience.

The Senior Manager will play a key role in executing value-based engagement strategies, conducting business value assessments, Proof of Value (PoV) presentations, and financial modeling to demonstrate ROI and TCO benefits. This individual will work directly with our customers and prospects and cross-functionally with sales, customer success, finance, and product teams to ensure alignment between Rubrik’s solutions and customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Value-Based Selling & GTM Enablement

  • Define, develop, and scale value-based selling frameworks across Rubrik’s GTM strategy.
  • Partner with sales, pre-sales, and customer success teams to conduct executive discovery workshops, identify customer pain points, and map Rubrik solutions to measurable business value.
  • Assist in crafting business cases, financial justification models, and investment roadmaps to accelerate deal cycles and improve customer decision-making.
  • Develop ROI/TCO analysis tools and best practices to enhance value-based engagement with enterprise clients.

Customer Engagement & Thought Leadership

  • Collaborate with strategic accounts to quantify the financial impact of Rubrik’s solutions and create compelling Proof of Value presentations.
  • Support the sales teams with executive briefings, industry research, and white papers reinforcing Rubrik’s market positioning and thought leadership.
  • Represent Rubrik at customer engagements, industry events, and internal sales enablement sessions to advocate for value-based methodologies.

Operational Excellence & Process Optimization

  • Help refine and standardize value-selling methodologies, tools, and training programs to scale adoption across global sales teams.
  • Work closely with finance, operations, and transformation teams to align customer value narratives with Rubrik’s business objectives.
  • Assist in managing internal reporting, performance metrics, and enablement programs to track the impact of value-based selling initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in value selling, business consulting, enterprise sales, or GTM strategy.
  • Strong expertise in ROI/TCO analysis, business case development, and financial modeling for enterprise solutions.
  • Experience supporting value-based sales initiatives within a technology or SaaS company.
  • Ability to engage with CXO-level stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills with experience in program execution, sales enablement, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Background in data security, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT solutions is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent experience in business strategy, finance, or economics is preferred.

Confidential Information is provided to you “as is” and the Company makes no warranties with respect to the Confidential Information or any materials provided by the Company.  In no event will the Company be liable for the accuracy or completeness of the Confidential Information.  You understand that nothing herein (i) requires the disclosure of any Confidential Information of the Company or (ii) requires the Company to proceed with any transaction or relationship.  You understand that this Agreement does not obligate the Company to disclose any information or negotiate or enter into any agreement or relationship.

Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
