James Knott has been with Rubrik since 2017 and is a Director of Customer Support as well as one of the founders and global leader of Rubrik's Ransomware Response Team. He has over 20 years of experience in the Information Technology field, 15 years of which have been in the vendor customer support space in various roles, with prior experience as a Systems Administrator.
