It has been an action-packed month for Rubrik. After only three and a half years in business, we were named a Visionary in the Gartner 2017 Magic Quadrant for Data Center Backup & Recovery Solutions and reached a $150M annualized run rate. We achieved Advanced Partner Status with AWS and launched a Global Service Delivery Partner program.

Rubrik is thankful for the strong support of our partners, customers, and community. We recently had the opportunity to invite Kevin, a noted Silicon Valley investor and philanthropist, to VMworld to learn more about the future of enterprise technology. While this is going to be an amazing experience for the VMworld community, we are also using this opportunity to raise funds for youth initiatives supported by the Kevin Durant Charity Foundation (KDCF).
The KDCF works in the US and internationally to enrich the lives of at-risk youth from low-income backgrounds through educational, athletic, and social programs. All week, Rubrik will fund a free-throw competition in which every shot you make from the “charity stripe” will go towards a donation to the KCDF.
We’re thrilled about this opportunity and can’t wait to see what you can do on the court. Don’t panic — you’ve still got a few days to practice.
