Job Summary
ABOUT THE TEAM
The Infinity-Fileset Team primarily focuses on file based protection for unstructured data (terabytes to petabytes scale of NAS data and millions to billions of files) on premises and in the cloud.
What You’ll Do:
- Full stack ownership including design, implementation, and testing of new features that are reliable and performant
- Troubleshoot issues experienced by customers and internal product testing, and providing robust solutions
- Collaborate with partner teams such as Product Management and Support to define the product vision and roadmap
- Nurture team culture, which sets high standards and achieves them through collaboration
Experience You’ll Need:
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or in any related field
- 5+ years of product development experience
- Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Java, C/C++, Python, Scala or Go
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems design
- Enjoy learning new technologies continuously and rapidly reinventing your skill set
- Knowledge in file systems, protocols(NFS, SMB) is a plus
- Experience working with two or more from the following: Unix/Linux environments, Windows environments, distributed systems, networking, developing large software systems, file systems, storage systems, hypervisors, databases and/or security software development.
