Job Summary

About the team:

  • The CPQ & NPI Operations team sits within Product Operations and is at the core of how we bring new products to market and optimise our quote-to-cash process. We don’t just operationalise new SKUs—we ensure seamless integration of next-generation quoting tools, drive automation, and enhance the overall sales experience. We partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance to streamline how products are configured, quoted, sold, and provisioned. Our team ensures that our CPQ and Product Master tools remain high-performing, scalable systems—balancing automation, policy enforcement, and ease of use without overloading it with unnecessary complexity.

About the role:

  • We are seeking a highly driven, enterprising individual with exceptional communication skills to join our NPI Operations team and help operationalise our products in our quote-to-cash processes. In this full-time hybrid role, you’ll use your NPI and CPQ knowledge to translate strategy into operational reality: aligning with cross-functional partners on process and policy, compiling requirements, and delivering efficient, scalable solutions from New Product Introduction (NPI) through End of Life (EOL).

What you'll do:

  • Support GTM initiatives and new product launches; be accountable for CPQ and NPI deliverables that drive product growth and improve sales productivity.
  • Own the NPI Operations ticket queue and dashboards: triage, assign, track, and follow up to meet SLAs and prevent escalations; balance day-to-day support with small to medium projects.
  • Regularly compile reports and provide clear status updates; communicate timelines, risks, and decisions to stakeholders.
  • Deliver NPI releases and bug fixes based on priority; execute predefined processes independently and escalate for support or visibility when appropriate.
  • Lead CPQ and NPI enhancements and initiatives end-to-end: requirements analysis, consensus-building, solution design, testing, documentation, training, and launch.
  • Partner closely with IT and cross-functional teams to design scalable, agile solutions and drive timely delivery through effective coordination and communication.
  • Maintain the product master and ensure SKU configuration integrity across PDM and CPQ environments; recommend improvements grounded in best practices.
  • Analyse and optimise CPQ and NPI processes to drive efficiency and scalability; assess upstream/downstream impacts across PDM, CPQ, billing, and renewals.
  • Work across the full quote-to-cash lifecycle—from packaging, pricing, and selling to growth, retention, and EOL transitions—to drive cross-functional alignment.
  • Create, maintain, and deliver training and documentation for all new implementations to drive adoption and ensure stakeholders are enabled as products and processes roll out.

Experience you'll need:

  • Required:
    • 4+ years in a Business Analyst or operations role, preferably in a SaaS environment
    • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CPQ or other quote-to-cash system
    • Track record contributing to go-to-market initiatives in high-growth, scaling organisations; proven ability to translate strategy into executable plans
    • Self-starter & Results-Driven: demonstrates a high level of productivity with minimal oversight; takes ownership, shows initiative, and proactively drives solutions to completion
    • Strategic thinker: evaluate things holistically and for the long term, make decisions using a strong blend of technical chops, risk assessment, and understanding of business needs and priorities
    • Excellent communication and follow-up skills; transparency, and the ability to synthesise information into a clear, digestible format for business operations teams
    • Adept collaboration skills; Comfort working cross-functionally and learning new domains quickly; technical fluency in systems and data concepts; ability to influence without formal authority
    • Strong analytical skills; able to assess CPQ and downstream impacts, analyse data to identify issues, and recommend solutions.
    • Hands-on experience with operational tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira); familiarity with quoting, SKU configuration, and the product development lifecycle.
    • High-energy, company first, positive attitude: Passionate and motivated to make a massive impact and work hard in a fast-paced environment
    • You are detail-oriented, leverage your resources, and get things done on time with quality results
  • Preferred:
    • Experience delivering NPI releases, complex SKU updates, and changes that span multiple workstreams.
    • Program management skills across intake, SLAs, dashboards, and stakeholder management and enablement.
    • Detailed knowledge of CPQ functionalities and the ins and outs of Rubrik’s PDM & CPQ environment.
    • SFDC administration experience and/or Salesforce certifications.
    • Familiarity with AI concepts, ideally as applied to the Sales function, is a plus.
