Job Summary
OVERVIEW
Rubrik is one of the fastest-growing enterprise cybersecurity firms ($1.5B in ARR, growing at 34% YoY), and we are looking for a visionary Senior Director of Sales Strategy and Operations to lead our EMEA and APAC regions. Reporting to the VP of Global Sales Operations, you will serve as the strategic right hand to the EMEA/APAC General Manager. You will be responsible for the design and execution of a world-class GTM infrastructure that scales with our rapid growth across diverse international markets. This is a high-impact leadership role that sits at the intersection of strategy, finance, and regional sales execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Strategic GTM Leadership: Define and lead the EMEA/APAC sales strategy, providing the EMEA GM and executive leadership with data-driven insights to optimize regional investment and market expansion.
- Territory & Capacity Architecture: Lead the annual and long-range planning process for the EMEA theater, overseeing complex territory design, headcount capacity models, and multi-country market segmentation.
- Incentive & Quota Strategy: Design and govern a repeatable, data-driven quota allocation process across multiple currencies and regions, ensuring alignment between corporate financial targets and field motivation.
- Operational Excellence: Own the EMEA/APAC "Rhythm of the Business," including the regional forecast process, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and pipeline hygiene, ensuring high predictability across a diverse sales landscape.
- Cross-Functional Orchestration: Partner with Global Ops, Finance, Marketing, and HR to ensure EMEA’s specific regional needs are represented in global systems and process rollouts.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of regional Sales Operations professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and analytical rigor.

- Change Agent: Experience leading large-scale organizational transformations and system implementations across international borders.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Operations within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.
- 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically managing teams in an international/EMEA/APAC capacity.
- Mastery of the Tech Stack: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Pigment (or similar SPM tools); experience leveraging AI/ML for predictive forecasting is a plus.
- Quantitative Rigor: Advanced financial modeling skills and a track record of using data to drive significant ROI in sales productivity.
Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
