Job Summary

The Role

We are looking for a visionary Senior Director of Sales Operations to serve as the strategic architect for our international theaters. This isn't a "report-running" role; you will be the primary strategic partner to the EMEA GM and executive leadership, responsible for building the engine that scales our business across diverse global markets.

You will bridge the gap between global corporate strategy and regional execution, ensuring that our GTM motions in EMEA and APAC are data-driven, operationally rigorous, and built for hyper-growth.

Core Responsibilities

Strategic GTM Leadership

  • Define and lead the EMEA/APAC sales strategy, providing executive leadership with actionable, data-driven insights.

  • Optimize regional investment and identify high-yield market expansion opportunities.

Territory & Capacity Architecture

  • Lead the annual and long-range planning (LRP) process for the EMEA theater.

  • Oversee complex territory design, headcount capacity models, and multi-country market segmentation to maximize coverage and productivity.

Incentive & Quota Strategy

  • Design and govern a repeatable, data-driven quota allocation process across multiple currencies and regions.

  • Ensure a perfect balance between corporate financial targets and field motivation.

Operational Excellence

  • Own the "Rhythm of the Business" for EMEA/APAC, including regional forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and pipeline hygiene.

  • Drive high predictability across a complex, diverse sales landscape.

Cross-Functional Orchestration

  • Act as the primary advocate for regional needs with Global Ops, Finance, Marketing, and HR.

  • Ensure international nuances are baked into global systems and process rollouts.

Team Leadership

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of regional Sales Ops professionals.

  • Foster a culture of analytical rigor, excellence, and continuous improvement.

The Profile

  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable being the "voice of truth" in the room, with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders effectively.

  • Global Mindset: You possess a deep understanding of EMEA/APAC nuances, from labor laws and currency fluctuations to cultural business practices.

  • Strategic Architect: You don’t just report on the business; you identify the systemic levers that will drive the next $3B in revenue.

  • Operational Resilience: You maintain a steady hand in hyper-growth, high-stakes environments while balancing competing global and regional priorities.

  • Change Agent: You have a proven track record of leading large-scale organizational transformations and system implementations across international borders.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience: 12+ years in Sales Operations or Business Operations within a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment.

  • Leadership: 5+ years of leadership experience, specifically managing teams in an international (EMEA/APAC) capacity.

  • Tech Stack Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Salesforce, Clari, and Pigment (or similar SPM tools like Anaplan). Experience leveraging AI/ML for predictive forecasting is a significant plus.

  • Quantitative Rigor: Advanced financial modeling skills and a track record of using data to drive significant ROI in sales productivity.

  • Education: Undergraduate degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree highly preferred.
