Senior Global Partner Program Manager
About The Job
Within the Global Partner Team, you will be a key contributor to ensuring a rewarding and profitable experience for Rubrik's partners. This role requires an experienced professional who can strategically develop, execute, and lead complex channel initiatives from concept to launch.
As a high-impact contributor, you will leverage your project management and deep partner domain expertise to drive aggressive growth for Rubrik. This includes developing the partner roadmaps, enhancing the Transform Partner Program with new channels and specializations, and optimizing the partner journey in collaboration with sales and leadership. You will also represent the partner team in launching key initiatives to market.
What you’ll do:
- Report directly to the Director, Partner Programs and support the Global Partner Organization
- Drive the development and implementation of partner strategies and initiatives within the Transform Partner Program, specifically overseeing models for Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), Managed Service Providers (MSPs), and Distributors.
- Lead strategic project management for all new partner programs and major program enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop, execute, and lead the Partner Ecosystem framework to optimize the Partner Experience across the entire partner lifecycle.
- Work United States Hours.
Experience you’ll need:
- 7+ years of progressive experience in channel programs or sales programs in a hands-on development and execution capacity.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end program management for diverse channel types, specifically including Reseller, GSI, Managed Services Provider (MSP), and Distributor programs.
- Extensive experience with the creation of financial business cases, operations, and compelling messaging in the Cybersecurity sector or SaaS.
- Strong cross-functional experience with sales, field marketing, and enablement teams.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and expertise in leading multiple concurrent projects and driving initiatives in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities.
- You possess strong business acumen, superior analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and strategic project management skills.
- Able to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly, and create channel content and value proposition for a variety of user groups.
- Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management.
- Knowledge in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com) and PRM Systems (partner portals such as Impartner).
- Advanced experience with Google Workplace.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to set goals and drive to successful completion. You take responsibility for actions/outcomes and are accountable for successes and failures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Finance, or Marketing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Deep Channel Expertise with 10 years+ of experience developing, launching, and optimizing complex channel programs, supported by a proven track record of success.
- Functional Acumen with Significant cross-functional experience in financial analytics, system workflows, and superior project management capabilities.
- Strategic Insight with demonstrated deep understanding of the cybersecurity competitive landscape and the ability to leverage partner programs for distinct competitive advantage.
- Innovation & Design, providing the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative, forward-thinking approaches to program design.
- Global & Certifications (Preferred): Experience managing multi-geographic partner dynamics and holding relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCM, CSP, PMP, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
