David Kosman

David Kosman is a longstanding veteran of the Managed Services industry and joined Rubrik in October 2025 as Vice President of Managed Services. Prior to Rubrik, David held roles at Commvault, Elastic, Cohesity, and NetApp. David is a strong advocate for the value managed services bring to end customers navigating rapid technology change. He brings deep experience in MSP partner development, MSP-focused programs and financial models, and enablement frameworks that help providers define and productize differentiated, profitable services. Under David’s leadership, Rubrik is deepening its relationships with managed services partners and delivering the GTM programs needed to help MSPs build sustainable managed services practices.
