Rubrik Israel is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, proactive, and people-oriented Office & Employee Experience Manager to join. 

In this dynamic role, you'll be the heart of our office - ensuring an exceptional employee experience while maintaining a well-run, inspiring workplace. As a key point of contact for employees and managers alike, you'll have a real impact on company culture and day-to-day office life in a vibrant, fast-paced environment.

Your responsibilities will include maintaining administrative and operational best practices to ensure smooth office operations, as well as managing end-to-end execution of employee experience projects and company events.

What You'll Do:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office, including facilities, maintenance, supply management, food orders, cleaning staff, and deliveries.
  • Execute employee experience projects and company events, including holidays, celebrations, team-building activities, and more, while thinking innovatively to maximize engagement and strengthen employees' connection to Rubrik.
  • Create and nurture a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture, driving well-being initiatives that align with business goals.
  • Be the welcoming face of the office - greet employees, visitors, candidates, and suppliers - while ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.
  • Manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to support office needs and special projects.
  • Managing orders, billing, and company expenses.



What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, within the tech industry. 
  • Available to work 5 days a week from our Tel Aviv office 
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm, approachable, and service-oriented attitude
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinker with a "can-do" attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges
  • Team Player
  • Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • A problem-solver with a hands-on approach and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems and technologies, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools.
