Rubrik Cloud Vault Launch: We kicked off 2025 with the global launch of Rubrik Cloud Vault (RCV), built on AWS's secure-by-design infrastructure. This provided customers with a fully managed, air-gapped, immutable vault solution for their on-premises and AWS cloud-native backups. RCV established a new baseline for data integrity, providing an additional layer of protection for backups against sophisticated cyberattacks and ensuring a known-good source for rapid recovery.
Expanded Data Coverage: Rubrik’s comprehensive cloud data protection grew to cover new critical workloads, including expansive support for Amazon DynamoDB. We introduced an efficient, cost-saving incremental backup approach for DynamoDB and a new, purpose-built engine to enhance protection for relational databases, starting with Amazon RDS for PostgreSQL. This addressed crucial gaps in cloud-native protection, simplifying operations and reducing total cost of ownership.
Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA): We closed the year with the signing of a strategic multi-year collaboration agreement with AWS. This collaboration is a mutual investment focused on accelerating secure AI adoption through our expanding AI portfolio and the integration with AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock. The SCA ensures continuous product and engineering alignment, delivering innovations like Rubrik’s Preemptive Recovery Engine for AWS workloads.
