Once added, Rubrik will automatically surface every Google Group across your Workspace tenant alongside OUs and individual users in a single, unified view. Admins can assign SLA policies at the Group level, with every member inheriting protection instantly. As teams evolve and membership changes, coverage keeps pace automatically. When a user belongs to multiple groups with competing policies, Rubrik applies the most protective one, with no gaps and no manual reconciliation.

In the event of an incident, IT can recover an entire functional unit such as a Finance or Legal team in a single operation, turning recovery from a time-consuming, fragmented process into a coordinated restoration of business functions.
