About The Team: 

At Rubrik, we're building an IT organization that helps employees do their best work every day. As the Senior Manager of Corporate IT, you'll lead the Service Desk team and provide regional oversight for Endpoint Engineering, System Administration, Audio Visual technologies, working closely with global teams to deliver a consistent and reliable employee IT experience. Your focus will be on delivering reliable, secure, and scalable IT services while continuously improving the employee experience.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance day-to-day operations with long-term strategy. You'll work closely with teams across HR, InfoSec, Workplace, and Engineering to solve problems, simplify processes, and introduce automation that makes work easier for everyone.

What you’ll do: 

  • Lead and develop the Service Desk team while partnering with other leaders to oversee Endpoint Engineering, System Administration, Audio Visual, and IT Automation functions, ensuring consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
  •  Own the overall employee IT experience by improving service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and expand self-service through AI and workflow automation.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, major incidents, and cross-functional escalations with a security-first approach.
  • Partner with Finance on forecasting, budgeting, procurement and participating in ongoing external audits relevant to IT-managed systems (SOC2, SOX, PCI)
  • Define team goals, track KPIs, and communicate progress.
  • Manage vendors, budgets, and service contracts.
  • Serve as the senior escalation point for complex IT challenges

Experience you’ll need:

  • 10+ years of experience in Corporate IT, including atleast 5 years leading teams in a global IT Service Desk environment.
  • Strong customer-first mindset and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Glean, or equivalent AI-powered solutions, with proven ability to integrate them into IT operations, automation, and employee support workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage automation and AI to improve operational efficiency, enhance self-service, and reduce manual effort.
  • Experience with Jira Service Management or similar ITSM platforms.
  • ITIL Foundation or other relevant certifications.
  • Experience in executive presence and ability to influence cross-functionally in a matrix organization.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing technical teams while fostering a collaborative and customer-focused culture.

Miscellaneous.  The terms of this Agreement will remain in effect with respect to any particular Confidential Information until you can document that such Confidential Information falls into one of the exceptions stated in Section 2 above.  You acknowledge and agree that due to the unique nature of the Confidential Information, any breach of this Agreement would cause irreparable harm to Company for which damages are not an adequate remedy, and that Company shall therefore be entitled to equitable relief in addition to all other remedies available at law.  This Agreement is personal to you, nonassignable by you, governed by the internal laws of the State of California and may be modified or waived only in writing signed by both parties.  If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, such provision will be limited or deleted to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.  The prevailing party in any dispute or legal action regarding the subject matter of this Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorneys’ fees and costs.
