Eric Olden

Eric Olden is the Chief Identity Architect at Rubrik, focused on securing AI agents as they act on behalf of people across enterprise systems. As CEO and co-founder of Strata Identity, a Gartner "Cool Vendor" acquired by Rubrik, he led the design and launch of the first agentic identity product. Eric shipped the foundation the category now runs on: delegated authorization, human-in-the-loop approval, token exchange, and mission critical, hybrid on-premises and cloud architectures. Recognized as one of the leading architects of identity management, Eric built the first single sign-on product for web applications at Securant, launched the first Identity as a Service company at Symplified, and co-authored the ubiquitous SAML federation standard.
