Natalie Sidwell
Natalie Sidwell is an accomplished sales leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and SaaS businesses across EMEA. She currently serves as EMEA VP at Rubrik. Prior to this, she was VP EMEA North and Head of UKI , where she helped strengthen the company’s presence in a key strategic market. Before Rubrik, Natalie was VP of Sales at SenseOn, a Series A cybersecurity company, where she played a key role in scaling the business. She also held senior leadership roles at Twilio Segment, serving as Head of EMEA Sales and AVP Enterprise Sales EMEA, leading growth across mid-market and enterprise segments. Natalie spent more than five years at AppDynamics, where she rose through leadership roles to become Regional Vice President UK&I, overseeing the company’s largest EMEA region by revenue and headcount. Earlier in her career, she spent nearly five years at S&P Capital IQ, supporting investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and government institutions across Europe. She is known for building high-performing teams, scaling revenue growth, and leading organisations through periods of transformation. Her expertise spans enterprise sales, cybersecurity, SaaS, and go-to-market strategy. Natalie has built a strong reputation for delivering results across international markets.
