ShinyHunters Hits Google, Workday, Cisco: Vishing and fake OAuth approvals breached Salesforce instances at Google, Workday, and Cisco. Workday’s breach alone exposed data tied to 11,000 corporate customers and 70 million individuals.
Salesloft-Drift Token Compromise: Stolen OAuth tokens for the Drift chatbot gave attackers API access to over 700 connected orgs, including Palo Alto Networks, Zscaler, and Cloudflare.
None of those incidents exploited a flaw in Salesforce itself; every one exploited the layer the customer owns.
