  • Identify patterns in at-risk renewals and escalate findings with supporting data to Renewals Sales and Customer Success teams.

Process & Quoting Operations

  • Analyze end-to-end renewal workflows - from opportunity identification to quote generation to close -  to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Document current-state processes and propose future-state designs that reduce cycle times, improve accuracy, and support scalability.
  • Support quote governance by reviewing renewal quotes for accuracy, policy compliance, and adherence to approved discount frameworks.
  • Assist in developing quoting frameworks for multi-year, co-term, and mid-term expansion scenarios to maximize ARR retention.
  • Partner with Renewals Operations leadership to build and maintain playbooks, quoting guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

Systems, Data & Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Conduct regular data quality audits across CRM and renewal systems, resolving discrepancies and implementing governance controls.
  • Partner with IT and RevOps to define business requirements for system enhancements, integrations, and automation initiatives.
  • Serve as a liaison between Renewals Operations and Business Intelligence teams to ensure reporting infrastructure meets business needs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to align on renewal goals, data definitions, and process standards.
  • Contribute analytical support to new GTM programs and strategic initiatives that impact the renewals business.

Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
