Rubrik Recruitment Privacy Notice

Under Article 14 of the General Data Protection Regulation, Rubrik Inc. and its affiliates (“Rubrik”) use Gem, a talent sourcing and recruitment platform, to identify and contact potential candidates.  Gem may provide the professional and contact information listed below (“Candidate Contact Data”).

Purpose of Processing

Rubrik processes Candidate Contact Data to identify and contact individuals about current or future employment opportunities and manage recruitment. If you do not wish to receive recruitment messages, use the link in our emails or contact Privacy@Rubrik.com.

Lawful Basis

Rubrik relies on its legitimate interest in identifying and recruiting qualified candidates (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Rubrik considers this interest not overridden by your rights and freedoms because processing is limited to professional and business contact information.

Recipients

Rubrik uses Candidate Contact Data only for recruitment.  We do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own use.  We may share it with our applicant tracking system provider and other recruitment service providers acting on our behalf. International transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or Rubrik’s intra-group data processing and transfer agreement.

Retention

Rubrik seeks to keep recruitment contact information accurate.  To request a correction, email Privacy@Rubrik.com. We retain Candidate Contact Data while it remains relevant and accurate, or until you object.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of your personal information; object to processing; and lodge a complaint with the appropriate supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, contact Privacy@Rubrik.com.

Sources of Personal Information

Rubrik obtains personal data through Gem, publicly available professional profiles such as LinkedIn, and prior interactions with Rubrik, including career-page visits, recruiting events, and previous applications.
