Rubrik classifies its Software and Rubrik Service offerings prior to general availability in accordance with the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), administered by the Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), U.S. Department of Commerce.
All currently available Software and Rubrik Service offerings are classified under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 5D002.c.1 and are eligible for export and reexport under License Exception ENC pursuant to 15 C.F.R. § 740.17(b)(1).
